Order processing

Orders normally require 1–4 business days for preparation, quality-control checks, and packing. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit

The published estimate is approximately 10–15 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, most of Europe, and many other destinations. Puerto Rico is listed at approximately 25 business days.

Lebanon, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, and South Africa are listed at approximately 15–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates under normal conditions, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, carrier volume, customs, weather, and local disruptions can add time.

Carriers and destinations

The checkout’s shipping page states that worldwide delivery may use DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, or Deppon. Exact carrier and destination availability are determined after you enter the shipping address.
